When I moved out of my parents house and started living on my own, one of the things I had trouble with, was deciding what to wear in the morning. While living at my parents house, my loving mother had the habit of waking me up and telling me how the weather was outside ; "You should really put on a sweater today, it's cold..."
So I was thinking of creating an app that tells you, besides the temperature, what you should wear on the day. Picturing this with a "puppet" that is putting its cloths on and while looking at him, you can tell wether it's going to be rainy, stormy, snowy etc.
